Here in Florida we have officially reached a toasty 82 degrees and it is still getting warmer! Though I will definitely miss what little bit of cold weather we were able to have during our Florida winter, I have finally broken out my spring/summer dresses, brightly colored shorts, and of course flip flops (a Florida staple!). I believe today was the last day that I am wearing a cardigan sweater in the Florida heat for awhile(or until it gets a little cooler out!). I have now collected well over 12 cardigan sweaters by now and they all have a special place in my closet. What I found is that one simple cardigan can pull any outfit together so effortlessly and with so many patterns and colors, there truly is a cardigan sweater for every outfit and for every occasion. So as you can tell it will be sad to bid adieu to these staple pieces that carried me throughout fall and winter.
